Contact the City Hall in your city to find out what permits and licenses are necessary.

2. Trademark register:
Contact Secretary of State

Ask for application form & mail back after fill up

3. RN# Registration:
Obtain an RN from the Federal Trade Commision:

4. Seller's Permit in the State of California:

5. Federal Tax ID Numbers:
